Every month we monitor your blacklist status across 80+ lists, check your DNS health, review bounce rates, update configurations based on performance data, and send you a detailed deliverability report. If anything goes wrong, like blacklisting, sending issues, or DNS errors, we handle it before it impacts your campaigns.
We work across four main use cases: cold outreach (agencies, SDR teams, lead gen), marketing & newsletters (e-commerce, marketing agencies), transactional email (SaaS, fintech, digital products), and high-scrutiny industries (healthcare, financial services, cybersecurity, legal, HR). If your business depends on email landing in the inbox, we can help, regardless of volume or platform.
Yes. Before you commit to anything, we review your current email setup and flag any deliverability issues, DNS misconfigurations, or blacklist risks, completely free. No sales pressure, just a straightforward assessment of where things stand.
You receive a weekly configuration health report and a monthly deliverability report covering your domain reputation, blacklist status, inbox placement trends, and any actions taken. No dashboards to learn, just clear reports.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace subscription costs, domain registration, and sending tool subscriptions are your own, you pay providers directly. We manage the configuration and monitoring on top of that.
Yes. Plans are month-to-month. You can change at any time with 7 days notice.
Yes. The program is open to two types of partners: agencies that want to add deliverability to their existing service offering, and entrepreneurs building a deliverability brand from scratch. Either way, it's 100% white-label, your name on everything, Talnir invisible. You resell our Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans at a reduced monthly rate with no setup fee. A brief conversation is all it takes to get started. See the Partner Program →
Yes, always. Your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts are yours, the domains are registered to you, and your sending tools are under your control. We manage everything on your behalf, but ownership is entirely yours. No lock-in.
Yes. Setup is done on new domains and fresh inboxes. Your current sending setup stays completely untouched until you're ready to switch. Zero downtime, zero disruption.
We primarily work with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for inbox provisioning, and configure them to work with your sending tool, Instantly, Smartlead, Mailchimp, Brevo, or any SMTP-compatible platform. Whether you're running cold outreach, newsletters, or transactional email, we've got you covered. Not sure if your stack is compatible? Ask us.
3 to 5 business days for the full setup. Warmup runs separately over 4 to 6 weeks depending on your sending volume targets.
Access to your domain's DNS panel, your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant (or we help you set one up), and your target sending volume. That's it, we handle the rest.
You get an alert immediately. We then submit delisting requests to the relevant blacklist operators (Spamhaus, Barracuda, Microsoft, Google Postmaster, and others) and follow up until resolved. Most delistings are completed within hours.
Typically 4-6 weeks depending on your desired send volume and domain age. We build the warmup schedule into the setup plan and scale gradually to protect your sender reputation. Rushing warmup is one of the most common deliverability mistakes, we don't take shortcuts.
Monitoring runs continuously every day. Alerts are immediate. For critical incidents we respond same-day, including weekends.
Spamhaus and similar tier-1 lists are treated as priority incidents. We start the process immediately, communicate with you throughout, and don't close the incident until you're delisted and the root cause is fixed.
You're always notified. You'll know what happened, what we did about it, and what (if anything) you need to avoid going forward.
