Role Description
This is a remote, part-time Executive Assistant role focused on business support. You will help manage inboxes, calendars, research, documents, hiring coordination, admin tasks, and operational follow-up. The role requires strong written communication, good judgment, discretion, and the ability to stay organized while priorities shift. Urgent availability may occasionally be needed when something important needs a fast response.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inboxes, calendars, reminders, and follow-up lists.
- Prepare, format, and organize documents, notes, spreadsheets, and internal materials.
- Run focused research on people, companies, tools, markets, and operational questions.
- Support hiring workflows, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and basic screening tasks.
- Help keep CRM, Slack, LinkedIn, and other business systems clean and up to date.
- Use AI tools carefully to speed up research, drafting, summaries, and admin work.
- Notice loose ends, clarify priorities, and make sure important tasks do not quietly disappear.
Qualifications
- English at C1 level or equivalent, with very strong writing and speaking skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and ability to handle multiple moving parts.
- Strong discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment with sensitive information.
- Experience with Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, LinkedIn, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and AI tools.
- Research ability: you can find useful information, summarize it clearly, and separate signal from noise.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, loyal, and comfortable working closely with founder-level priorities.
- Remote in Europe, with enough availability overlap for timely collaboration and occasional urgent requests.
