Business Development Representative - Eastern Europe

We are seeking a motivated BDR for a fully remote contract role focused on Eastern Europe, including countries such as Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, and other nearby markets.

Talnir is a managed email deliverability service for B2B companies and agencies that rely on cold outreach. We handle everything infrastructure-related: domain architecture, authentication, warmup, blacklist monitoring, and ongoing optimisation, so our clients can focus on sending. We're early-stage, growing, and looking for someone to help us build our client pipeline.

Role Description

The role involves generating new sales opportunities through LinkedIn outreach and email, running outbound sequences, and owning the full sales cycle from first contact to close. Responsibilities include qualifying target accounts, conducting discovery calls, nurturing prospect relationships via LinkedIn and email, and presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role may also involve cold calling as the pipeline scales.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in outbound sales and lead generation for identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and messaging sequences.
  • Strong communication and sales skills. Phone and video calls are part of the process.
  • Experience in sales development with the ability to engage prospects and drive conversations to close.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator account.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability, cold outreach tools, or prior experience in SaaS sales is an advantage.
